1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nature Green Institute and Technology. regarding your use of the service.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and application process. Job seekers are responsible for the authenticity of their credentials. Employers and agencies must be legally registered entities.

3. Escrow & Payment Protection

Any payments made for recruitment services through this platform are held in a secure escrow account. Funds are released to recruitment agencies only upon verification of the specified milestone (e.g., VISA approval). This protects the applicant's investment from fraudulent practices.

4. Post-Departure Welfare

Agencies and employers are contractually bound to provide the conditions (salary, accommodation, job role) specified in the job posting. Candidates have the right to file evidence-based complaints if these conditions are not met after arriving in Japan.

5. Termination & Penalties

Nature Green Institute and Technology. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide fraudulent information, or engage in unethical recruitment practices. Violations by agencies will be reported to the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE).

6. Limitation of Liability

While we provide a secure bridge and vetting process, the final employment contract is between the employer and the employee. Nature Green Institute and Technology. acts as a mediator and financial guarantor up to the point of placement.
